We’re excited to share the draft version of the Springs in Motion LCI Plan. Because your voice is essential, we invite you to review the draft and let us know what you think. Your feedback will help us refine the plan and ensure it reflects the priorities, values, and needs of the people who live, work, and visit here.

To make the plan easier to digest and to help you navigate the components that are most important to you, we have broken it out into sections:​

Planning Context. This chapter introduces the plan, the process, and its purpose.

Existing Conditions Snapshot. This chapter provides an overview of the conditions that have guided the plan.

What We Heard. This chapter provides an inside look at how City staff, stakeholders, and the consultant team worked with the community to determine the plan's vision and priorities and summarizes the key takeaways from the input gathered.

The Next Phase. This chapter answers the question: "What's next for downtown Powder Springs?" and provides recommendations around the five themes of the plan.

Implementation. This chapter outlines the City's plan of action when it comes to making this LCI plan a reality. This is done through an Action Matrix that describes the tasks at hand, who is responsible for ensuring their success, the proposed timeline, and the estimated cost or resources needed to accomplish it.
